AS control your temper
Ephesians 4:31-32,
. Introduction

These days I read a book and saw a drawing of a man in bed praying. The sentence read, "Lord today, I was not angry with anyone, I have not raised my voice I have not discussed with anyone, I have not thought ill of someone, or lost control of my temper. None of these things I've done all day so far ... but at some point I will get out of bed and then I need your help. "
The human being takes us time to when you lose control of our temper. But the Scriptures exhort us to take a break and see our behavior. Especially as Christians, that is, like Christ.
.

31 Ephesians 4:31-32 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander, along with all malice. 32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God forgave you in Christ.

Declaration
me share with you some practical steps to keep our tempers under control.
. Meditation

1. Changing bad habits into habits
good
Psychologists who work with people, with services say it is not sufficient to break a habit, but that a person is free of vice, a bad habit has to be replaced with a positive and productive habit. V. 31 define
bad habits of a person with his temper out of control. Bitterness
- resentment, refusal to forgive and be forgiven
Ira - explosions of rage, fly into a rage and tantrums
Gritería - strong angry cries, mourn loudly, violently
discuss slander - using words insult, slander, defame, or using abusive words
Malicia - wishing bad things for others, despair, or be malicious.
.
The scriptures declare that none of these attributes are good for the Christian and should be removed from our lives. In fact, any manifestation of these things in our lives is a sin against God.
.
is the desire of God that man is full of joy and peace and these are expressed through his life. Any expression of us who are not reflecting this from us, being Christian, is sin.
.
quitense - verb imperative = a command, not optional
But on whom falls the responsibility to remove these things?
You and I have the responsibility to respond = +
ability in other words you and I have the ability to respond in the way we want to irritations in our lives.
.
2. Change Your
Programming Computers are machines tremendous. Every day I am still amazed at these machines and the advancement of technology. More and more functions can be made. But computers are limited by their programming. The computer can only function for which they were programmed.
The ordenadoress can not get out of your routine, because they are machines. They have the ability to think. But man is not. However, many behave or rather, have adopted the mentality that they are machines. They say things
as, "I can not control when this happens to me," or "I lost control of myself when the ambient or she told me this" or "I can not stand this."
We must consider the programming coming into our minds. Through music and television, you witness how many lawsuits, contentions, violence and assassinations?
say that when the average child reaches 18 years of age in this country, 50.000 assassinations had seen through the television and film.

Proverbs 27:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.
Philippians 4:7-8 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Moreover, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think on these things .
.
3. Cultivating Virtues
Dignas 32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God forgave you in Christ.
.
Sins of a bad temper must be removed, and the growing gap must be filled Christian attributes. The features that we saw in vs. 31 are attributes man's natural, but in verse. 32 are known to possess supernatural attributes. Benigno
- A concern for the welfare of others, and desire to help others, even killed.

Romans 12:10 Love one another as brothers to each other, with preference and mutual respect. Merciful
- An interest with compassion for others, be available to carry the burdens of others.

Matthew 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Forgiving
- Be available to forgive debts, do not hold grudges or desire for revenge.
The reason for which we must forgive each other is because God has forgiven us. Should not we care about the offenses they have done against us, do not use the offenses that others will do to complain against God. But even offers us forgiveness. Why? Specifically because Christ died for our forgiveness.
Colossians 3:13 (NRSV)
Be patient with each other and forgive if anyone has a complaint against another. Just as the Lord forgave forgave you.
. Conclusion

our behavior and our actions declare a much stronger way who we are and what we believe, that the words coming out of our mouths!
Alexander the Great had in his army a man also named Alexander, but Alexander was a coward. Every time you turn the battle, Alexander was a coward hiding. Upon hearing this, General Alexander came this man and simply said, "Change your name, or behave like an Alexander."
General gave the man to identify with not only a title, but through their behavior. Brothers in control of your temper is one of the ways that you and I were Wt with our General and Lord Jesus Christ not only by the title that we be Christians, but also by our behavior.
.
If you want to control your temper is necessary that:
1) You have to make the decision to replace bad habits with habits have productive and positive.
2) You have to decide to change your programming, I mean, to be prudent in the things you're seeing and hearing during the day.
3) You have to make the decision to cultivate the virtues of kindness, mercy and forgiveness in your life.
